Second time using this company for auto glass repair. First was for a chip repair last year, and now for complete windshield replacement on my work truck. They're consistent, professional, and reasonably priced. Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is I had to reschedule once due to them being overbooked. My insurance company suggested three places for windshield replacement, and I'm so glad I picked Trio. From the initial phone call to the final inspection, everything was smooth and professional. The mobile service came to my office in Concord, and I could keep working while they handled everything. The new windshield looks perfect - can't even tell it was replaced! I researched several auto glass repair places before choosing Trio. The service itself was excellent - they replaced my Honda's back window after a break-in. Clean work, perfect fit. I rarely write reviews but Trio Windshield deserves it. My teenage son accidentally shattered our minivan's side window (don't ask 🙄). Called in the morning about auto glass repair near me, and James from Trio was at our house by 2pm THE SAME DAY. Massive semi truck kicked up a rock on Highway 4 and cracked my windshield bad! Called Trio for windshield replacement near me and they were awesome. They came TO MY WORKPLACE in Concord while I was in meetings. 3 hours later = brand new windshield! Prices beat the dealership by a mile. Been putting off getting my cracked windshield fixed for months because I thought it would be expensive and time-consuming. Finally looked up windshield repair near me and found these guys. Turns out, they were able to just repair (not replace) my windshield since I caught it before it spread too far. Took 30 minutes and cost way less than I expected. Should've done this months ago!
